Start A Passport Girls Troop!

This is not your momma's old troop. Welcome to the modern, the Girliest girl club imaginable. This is where girls can be authentically themselves and Troop leaders help keep the girls on a path of success.
As a Troop Leader you should know that...
Self‑Worth, Comparison & Pressure
-
Research shows that today’s girls face widespread pressure related to comparison, perfectionism, and self‑worth:
-
A majority of girls (about 70%) feel they don’t measure up in some way.
-
Roughly one‑third to two‑thirds often compare themselves to peers and feel unable to speak up because they want to be liked.
-
Nearly 9 in 10 girls feel the need to be perfect, and most feel significant pressure to perform well in all areas of life.
-
A large majority report feeling overwhelmed by pressure, and more than a quarter of teens report burnout.
Joining a troop gives girls a safe, supportive space to be heard, build confidence, and explore who they are. Through fun activities, teamwork, leadership opportunities, and milestone celebrations, girls learn to manage stress, navigate friendships, express themselves, and set goals while feeling valued and empowered. Troops help girls grow, discover their strengths, and build skills that last a lifetime.
Girls need strong caring support, from Female troop leaders, older girls and adult passport girls.

As a Troop Leader, you make sure each girl feels heard and seen without ridicule. You will help her meet her true success, for her!!. We have to make it clear, each journey is individual and not every journey suits every girl, but every girls journey has success she is capable of reaching. It's our job to make her see that!
