Annual Membership Fees (National):

  • Membership is $55.00 per year, renewable 12 months after joining.

  • All memberships renew annually 12 months from the date you joined

  • To be paid at the time you complete the On-Line Registration form for your annual membership.

Included in Every Pink Passport Girls Club of America National Membership:

  • Official membership in Pink Passport Girls Club of America

  • Access to national resources, including activity guides, badges, and program materials

  • Participation in national recognition programs, including certificates, awards, national events, and the National Jamboree

  • Connection to the nationwide Pink Passport Girls Club of America network

Financial Hardship:

  • We believe everyone should have the chance to participate. Special financial assistance is available for families who need it. Please contact us confidentially at info@passportgirlsclubs.com to learn more. 

  • Financial Assistance Documentation

  • To ensure financial assistance is awarded fairly, we require families requesting support to provide basic income verification. Acceptable documents include:

    ~Recent pay stubs

    ~Completed tax forms (most recent year)

    ~Other proof of income as needed

    All information is kept confidential and used solely to determine eligibility for assistance. Families are encouraged to submit this documentation along with their application.​

Local Council / Troop Fees

In addition to the required National Membership, all members must be registered as a National Pink Passport Girls Club of America member. Once a troop is assigned, members will also pay a yearly local troop fee as outlined below.

These fees are paid directly to your local Pink Passport Council or Troop and help support local programs and day-to-day operations, including supplies, activities, and troop experiences.

Annual Local Troop Fee

Up to $35.00 per year
Covers basic supplies, general activities, badges, and administrative costs to help each troop run smoothly while providing fun, engaging programming.

Per-Meeting Fee

Up to $10.00 per meeting
Used to cover materials for crafts, projects, guest speakers, snacks, and special activities, allowing troop leaders to provide hands-on, high-quality experiences for all girls.

Please note: Not every meeting will require the full meeting fee. When funds are not fully used, remaining amounts may be set aside to support future meetings, awards, patches, ceremonies, or special troop activities.
