When you join Passport Girls, you enter a vibrant world of new friendship, creativity, and where adventures are everywhere. You will be in a community designed to support you, encourage you and help you become who hope to become.

The journey is filled with opportunities to explore new ideas, discover hidden talents, and experience the thrill of adventure, through cultural experiences, creative projects, or playful challenges. Confidence and leadership grow naturally as girls work together, support one another, and take part in milestones and ceremonies that make every achievement meaningful.

Along the way, adult leaders guide and inspire, sharing their knowledge and encouragement while helping each girl reach her full potential.

Create & Innovate
Girls tap into their creativity through arts, crafts, STEM projects, design challenges, and hands-on experiments. They learn that their ideas matter, and they can create, invent, and make an impact while staying true to themselves.

Learn & Grow
The Tourism Girls build life skills like, presentations, public speaking, etiquette, grooming, leadership, and other fundamentals. Every activity adds confidence, resilience, and self-belief—enhancing who they already are.

Adventure & Confidence
Outdoor activities, community events, and team challenges encourage girls to step out of their comfort zones, explore their strengths, and say, “I can do this—my way!” Every experience builds memories, skills, and confidence that last a lifetime.

Connect & Lead
Girls meet inspiring mentors, explore potential careers, learn entrepreneurship, and develop teamwork and leadership skills. They grow connections that empower them while remaining authentic, strong, and uniquely themselves.

Confidence Through Growth

At Troop meetings your troop leader--will schedule community service activities, field trips, guest speakers, and create activities each group will complete and all designed to challenge the girls.

As the girls complete activities, field trips and hear from guest speakers, learn CPR, Fire Safety, Planning an event, they will have accomplished something to be proud of. In turn this builds her self esteem and confidence.

Troop leaders will help the girls figure out what her community is need of and each group will choose a solution to fix the issue. This is when troop leaders encourage every girl to work together to find the solutions. Going to the City to see what need to be done, or organize and event by following proper channels to make it happen.

Each helps the girls find her voice, learn to find solutions and be a contributor, The Troop Leaders helps girls lead some aspect of the event become involved in the process.

Passport Girls Awards Ceremony

The Passport Girls Clubs, believe in celebrating our girls for every achievement, moment of growth and courage for navigating things that took courage to complete.

From earning Passport Stamps to completing challenges and activities, each recognition becomes a reminder of her progress, the skills she has developed, and the friendships she has nurtured along the way.

Milestones are celebrated with ceremonies. Each award tells a story, a chapter in the girl’s journey where her efforts, imagination, and leadership radiate. Whether she is taking her first steps as a Sparkle Sprite or stepping into a new phase as an adult, every achievement is cherished, shared, and remembered.

Girls are encouraged to recognize not just what they have done, but who they are becoming, and to feel the support and admiration of their troop, leaders, and fellow Passport Girls. Through these celebrations, confidence is brighter than before, friendships deepen, and the journey itself becomes as meaningful as the achievements it honors.

The Time Capsule Ceremony

The Time Capsule Ceremony is a special moment in the Passport Girls journey where each girl learns who she is, who she dreams of becoming, and the future she envisions for herself. Before moving to the next Level, every girl writes a letter to her future self, This is a quiet exercise, capturing her thoughts, dreams, and hopes. Once the letters are complete, each one is carefully sealed and placed in the Troop’s Lock Box, a safe and cherished place that holds the letters until the adult chapter of the journey.

Girls participate in this ceremony every time they cross to the next level, marking their and celebrating the adventures they have embraced, and lessons learned. As Passport Girls move into the Adult phase, the magic comes full circle. Each girl receives her letters in an Illumination ceremony, taking the time to read them in the privacy of her own home. Later, during the Crossing Ceremony for her next level, she shares how she has changed, sharing lessons, discoveries, and growth captured in each letter. And she discusses what her current goals and dreams are for herself. The Time Capsule Ceremony is a celebration of accomplishments, and a heartfelt reminders of how far each girl has come, inspiring her to carry the lessons and joy of her Passport Girls experiences into every adventure that lies ahead.
