About the Founder

Pink Passport Girls Clubs was founded by Teri Zee, an entrepreneur, businesswoman, and author with a passion for empowering young women. From an early age, Teri was guided by a progressive mother who taught her she could pursue anything she dreamed of and become whoever she hoped to be. At the same time, her brothers helped keep her grounded, offering perspective and balance as she explored the world.

Teri wanted to create a space where girls could experience that same combination of encouragement and grounding. Pink Passport Girls Clubs is designed to be a sanctuary where curiosity, creativity, and individuality are celebrated, and where girls can see their hopes and dreams come to life. It is a place where every girl’s voice is valued, every idea is nurtured, and every journey toward confidence and capability is supported with guidance, inspiration, and care.

Pink Passport Girls Clubs is a place where girls can be unapologetically themselves: curious, creative, ambitious, and yes, wonderfully girly. We believe that, growing up, no one should ever be convinced on giving up on the things that make them who they are. Our mission is to give girls the space, support, and guidance to explore interests they may have never been exposed to, all while celebrating their individuality and unique style.

Here, a girl can navigate science by learning she can develop her own cosmetics and fragrances, explore technology by creating a podcast or a short film, or embrace engineering by designing a whimsical building that could sit proudly in a city for everyone to admire. We show girls that curiosity and creativity have no boundaries and that they can pursue any passion while staying true to who they are. This is not your typical girls club. It is modern and a space to discover.

Through mentorship, hands-on projects, and leadership experiences, girls develop confidence, independence, and a sense of pride in their accomplishments. They learn how to think critically, take initiative, and bring their ideas to life in ways that are meaningful to them.
